He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stultz and Beulah Stultz; his wife Shirley Stultz; and his brother Ben Stultz. He is survived by: his children, Dennis Stultz of Charlotte Hall, MD and Sherri Jilek of Hughesville, MD.; his siblings, Jack Stultz, Barbara Pearce, Betty Bailey and Doris Pritchard; his grandchildren, Lacey Robbins, Nicholas Stultz, Sean Jilek, Caitlyn Jilek and Emily Jilek; and his great grandchildren, Dax and Kade Robbins.
