He is survived by: his wife Nyra H. Mullican; his children, Edward Russell Mullican, Jr. of Mechanicsville, MD, Sharon Grande of Pittsburg, PA and Lynn Marie Mullican of Annapolis, MD; and his stepchildren, Shelley F. Sutphin, Nancy J. Faulkner, Allen W. Sutphin (Jody) and Karen L. Bean (Tony). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hughesville Baptist Church Food Pantry.
