He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Rotzinger, Sr. and Cleo Faye Holt Rotzinger; his son Kenneth Jay Rotzinger; and his sisters, Rosalee Rotzinger, Marie Phillips, Emily Jones, LaVonna Farrell and Carole White.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Rotzinger; his daughter Robin Rotzinger (Luchino) of Loveville, MD; his grandson Stephen Stewart (Deanna) of Hollywood, MD; and his sister Cecelia Trivitt of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
