He was predeceased by: his father William Francis Russell; his daughter Kristen Renee Russell; and his siblings, Brenda Decker, Donna Langley and Jay Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his son William Joseph Russell (Andrea) of Hollywood, MD; and his sister Ann Tameris (Richard) of Fort Washington, MD. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
