He is survived by: his wife Goldie Marie Windsor (Henderson); his sons, Paul Windsor Jr. (Amanda) of Newburg, MD and Donald Windsor (Michelle) of Hollywood, MD; his sister Juanita Evans (Johnnie) of Glen Bernie, MD; his granddaughters, Dara Arnold (Greg Jr.), Ashlee Windsor, Daniella Windsor, Kayla Windsor and Isabella Windsor; and his great grandchildren, Cora Gould, Grady Arnold, Baby Girl Rivera and March.
