She was predeceased by: her mother Marian Elizabeth Owens (Greenwell); and her brother Caroll Owens. She is survived by: her father Robert Lee Owens of St. Inigoes, MD; her siblings, Robbie Rubala of New Bern, NC, Connie Phillips of Frederick, MD, Becky Owens Wathen of St. Inigoes, MD and Bradley Owens of Lexington Park, MD; her nieces and nephews, Caroll Phillips (Amy) of Hagerstown, MD, Jessica Vance of California, MD and Michaela Guesman (Josh) of Costa Mesa, CA; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dylan Phillips, Dominic Phillips, Nicol Phillips, Breanna Phillips, Zoie Vance, Remi Vance and Jacob Guesman. She is also survived by Her nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
