It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kai Vondel Swales of Hollywood, Maryland, born in Leonardtown, Maryland, who passed away on December 21, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Raymond L. Holt. He is survived by: his parents, Brady E. Berry of Hollywood, MD and Kirk V. Swales of Mechanicsville, MD.; his siblings, Jasmine, Jerzie, Lyric, London Berry, Carlysia Thomas, Kirnique, Kirk Jr. and K. Shawn Swales; his grandparents, Deborah, Glenn Garner, Bernadette Williams and Joseph L. Herbert; and his great-grandparent Agnes Holt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
