He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Raymond Adams and Agatha Adams (Abell); and his brothers, Ray and Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Reeder Adams; his sons, Bruce J. Adams of South Carolina, Brandon R. Adams of California, MD and Joshua V. Adams of Hollywood, MD; his grandchildren, Austin, Cameron, Danielle, Gabriella, Mackenzie, Aubrie, Brantley and Reighlynn; and his sisters, Mary Jean Goodwin of California, MD, Betty Dion (Ray) of Lexington Park, MD and Dottie Gillooley (Pat) of Lakeland, FL. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
