He was predeceased by: his father James O. Moran. He is survived by: his mother Jane R. Moran of Hollywood, MD; his daughter Heather Moran of North Carolina; and his brother Charles Robert Moran of Lusby, MD. He is also survived by 1 niece, 2 great nephews, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
