He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Dianne Miller of Peachtree City, GA.; his wife Sheila Ann Topolski; his children, James Arthur Rishel, Jr. of Haslet, William Joseph Rishel of Hollywood, MD and Catherine Dorothy Miller of Great Mills, MD.; his siblings, Barry Lee Rishel of Mifflinburg, PA, Bruce Allen Rishel of Mifflinburg, PA, Wayne Ardell Rishel of Mifflinburg, PA, Arlin LaRue Rishel of New Columbia, PA and Carole Elaine Kochik of Lewisburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Jessica Miller-Cooke of Peachtree City, GA, Alexander Miller of Houston, TX, Bryan Rishel, Stephanie Rishel-Wachel of Haslet, TX, Emma Miller-Martoni, Garrett Rishel and Kayleigh Rishel of Hollywood, MD.
