It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Norris (Hollywood, Maryland), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Ann Norris; her parents, Mary Lilian and Thomas Dewey Blackistone; her brother Junior Blackistone; and her sons-in-law, James Ernest Woodall (Ernie) and Dan Alen Sparks (Doe Doe).
She is survived by: her husband Joseph A. Norris (Buba); her siblings, Caroline, Shirley, Gina, Roy and Brenda; her daughters, Linda Woodall (Ernie) of Avenue, MD, Debbie Sparks (George) of Hollywood, MD., Lou Sparks (Dan) of Hollywood, MD. and Jane Burroughs (David) of Hollywood, MD.; and her grandchildren, Denise Chapman, Boogie Sparks, Shane Burroughs, Brianna Burroughs, Joshua Sparks, Abigail Sparks, George Sparks, David Burroughs, Jamie Woodall, George Sparks, Jr. (Boogie) and Chrystal Thompson.
