He is survived by: his parents, Dale Dean, Sr. (Karla) of California, MD and Deborah Dean (Dyson) of Hollywood, MD.; his siblings, Lee Dean of Hollywood, MD and Beth Dean (Will) of Callaway, MD; his niece Aria of Callaway, MD.; his friends, April Fowler-Gomez and Wayne Farmer; and his cousin Matthew Joy.
