He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Nora Woodley Wible and John Martin Wible; his wife Pearl Hall Wible; and his siblings, Ronald M., Joseph C., Ruth Mae, John M., Jr, Bertha V., Raymond S., George T., Dorothy V., James F., Mary Agnes, Frances Cecilia and Mary Catherine.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Hall (Kay) of Hollywood, MD, Paul Wible (Cleone) of Hollywood, MD and Michael Wible (Kathy) of Port Republic, MD. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
