Alice Teresa Spalding Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2020, at the age of 85, Alice Teresa Spalding of Hollywood, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Louise Wood Abell and Joseph Ethelbert Abell (Bert); her children, Sam Spalding Jr., Valerie Sue and Karen Ann Spalding; and her siblings, Bert Abell Jr., Irene Hayden, Juanita Hayden (Nita), Margaret Jane Mattingly and Agnes Joy (Piggy).
She is survived by: her children, Betty Smith (Gordy), Becky Felix (Arnie), Anna Long (Gary), Sharon Farr (Jerry), Kathy Dean (David), Jenny Boothe (Wayne) and Jeff Spalding (Teresa); her daughter-in-law Vicky Spalding; her sisters, Dorothy Clarke and Mary Lou Bassford; and her grandchildren, Ricky Russell, Gary Long Jr., Ryan Farr, Jason Long, Stephen Spalding, Todd Farr, Derek Dean, Tony Ciarleglio, Robbie Boothe, Kyle Boothe, Jeff Spalding Jr. Honorary, Jeff Smith, Kelly Morris, Keri Tarleton, Shannon Armsworthy, Kristen Riley, Rachel Amburn and Ally Boothe. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
The Pandemic was hard on her because she missed the children terribly and it took an even greater toll on her health.
