He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Wiggs and Sarah Kirby Wiggs. He is survived by: his wife Viola C. Wiggs; and his children, Keith, Lance and Robbin. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Encounter Life Church (2200 Culbera Dr, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20748). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at the Washington National Cemetery (4101 Suitland Rd, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746).
