He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Neal. He is survived by: his children, Tonya Neal (Roosevelt) and Timothy Neal (Kerry); his grandchildren, Tony, Shai, Kaitlyn, Niko, Aiden, Najat and Amarii; his great grandchild Harmoni; his siblings, Fred, Micheal (Jim), Hubert (June), Delores, Regina (Jean), Gloria, Theresa, Alice and Rita; and his close friend Judith Lee. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
