It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Stephen Hammerschlag of Highland, Maryland, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Hammerschlag and David Hammerschlag. He is survived by: his wife Freddi Hammerschlag; his son Dan Hammerschlag (Jodi); his grandchildren, Julia Hammerschlag and Blake Hammerschlag; and his brother Alan Hammerschlag (Bonnie).
