She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Kass and Leona Kass; her former husband Robert Kalishek; her husband Norman Oehlke; her grandson Kurt Kalishek; her children, Calvin Kalishek, Robert Kalishek, Karen Kalishek, Charles Kalishek (Nadia), Curtis Kalishek (Lisa) and Kim Kalishek (Bob); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Clark, Chris, Jason, Tarryck, Chase and Calista; her great grandchildren, Dakota, Emma, Jaida, Finnley and Phoenix; her siblings, Elaine "Dolly" Menor and Charles Kass; and her stepsons, David and Kenneth Oehlke. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Thanks to the love and support of her choir friends, she was able to participate well past the time of her Alzheimer's diagnosis.
