He is survived by: his children, Joette Lee Bauer of Henderson, MD, Jerri Ann Shaeffer of Greencastle, PA and Paul Cooper Rice of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Candace Keefer, Gregory Nicholas Chrisikos, Alexander William Chrisikos, Andrew Rice and Eric Rice; and his sister Doloris White.
