She is survived by: her father Jack Kurtz (Cathy) of Smyrna, DE; her husband Lee Allen of Hederson, MD; her children, Brandi Barr (Randy) of Marydel, MD and John Allen (Bree) of Henderson, MD; and her grandchildren, Nathan Barr of Marydel, MD, Karissa Barr of Marydel, MD, Kayleigh Barr of Marydel, MD, Kendall Barr of Marydel, MD, Aiden Allen of Henderson, MD and Aili Allen of Henderson, MD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
