It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Alan Ward Sr. of Henderson, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Marshall Ward and Janet Carey Markley Ward; and his siblings, Sam, David, Judy and Barbara.

He is survived by: his sons, Peter Alan Ward Jr. and Jason Ward (Erica); his brother Paul (Janice); his grandsons, Reef, Hiatt, Brandon and Jonathan; and his sister-in-law Joyce.
