She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Hermon Nichols and Ruby Beatrice Puckett Nichols (James); and her husband James Church. She is survived by: her sons, Dana Church, Barry Church and Brian Church; her daughter-in-law Gloria Church; her siblings, Lovas Beavers and Paul Nichols; her grandchildren, Brittany Baker (Joe), Amanda Carpenter and Destiny Church; her pet Jake; and her siblings, Marie Puckett, Jean Nunn, Robert Nichols, Dorothy Mitchell, Donnie Nichols, Marth Reed and Eva Wadsworth.
