He is survived by: his stepfather Leonard Twyman (Glady Thompson) of Henderson, MD.; and his siblings, Clifford Stout (Sharon) of Quarryville, PA, Jeff Stout (Lisa) of West Grove, PA and Deborah Appel of Quarryville, PA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
