He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Marie Shamer. He is survived by: his daughter Holly Marie Farnella; his grandsons, Anthony Louis Farnella, Jr. and Dylan Thomas Farnella; and his son-in-law Anthony Louis Farnella, Sr..
