He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl J. Faith and Mabel I. Newkirk Faith; his wife Helen Faith (Robinson); his daughter Yvonne Belt; and his siblings, Fern Eichelberger, Robert Faith and Elwood Faith.
He is survived by: his daughter Jolene Hebb (Gray); his siblings, Clyde Faith (Peggy) and Virginia Hendershot (Mack) of Clear Spring; his grandchildren, Amber Trail, Madison McKeever and Lauren Collison; and his great grandchildren, Cason, Sawyer, Molly, Wylder and Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
