He was predeceased by: his parents, Antanas Saveikis and Stanislava Raulickaite Saveikis; his sister Ona Lamb; and his grandson Stephen Saveikis. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn (Young); his children, David (Nancy) of Seaford, DE and Lisa Burrow (Bob) of Jessup, MD; his grandchildren, Lauren Saveikis of Seaford, DE, Aaron and Andrew Burrow of Jessup, MD; and his sister Angele Didzbalis of St. Petersburg, FL..
