He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hughes Parsons; his children, Crystal Keene (Chris) of Princess Anne, Matthew Parsons (Tracie) of Salisbury and Jaime Gambrill (John) of Hebron; his daughter-in-law Kelly Lofland of Hebron; his grandchildren, Kristina Odendhal, Sami Odendhal (Amanda), Krystena Lofland, Daizie Lofland (Ian Walters), Kaleb Lofland, Dylan Lofland, Alayna Keene, Gabrielle Nelson, Joshua Gambrill and Grampy; his great grandchildren, Perseus and Jagger Marth; his siblings, David Parsons (Rita) of Mardela Springs, Ellen Carbaugh (Ernie) of Hebron and Mary Lynn Williams (Jesse) of Laurel; his brother-in-law Kenneth (Kimberley Hughes); and his pets, Leo and Popeye.
