He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy F. Boswell and Mae C. Boswell; and his siblings, Annie L. Poulin (Kurt), Roy F. Boswell, Jr. (Enola), Agnes E. High, Mary P. Mayhew, Ida M. Boswell and Hilton L. Boswell, Sr.. He was also cherished by many nephews and nieces.
