He was predeceased by: his father Mickey Roland Nicholson. He is survived by: his mother Esther Nicholson; his sons, Seth David Nicholson of Salisbury, MD and Philip Paul Nicholson of Salisbury, MD; and his nephews, Andrew Jacob Nicholson, Aaron Matthew Nicholson and Noah Isaiah Nicholson.
