He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Penn and Edward Penn. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Betsy" Garrison; his daughter Robin; his son-in-law Michael Bond of Hebron; his grandsons, Brandon and Bryce; his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Brenda Penn of Forest Hills; his grandsons, Michael (Allisyn) and Nick; his son Edward Penn (Nancy) of Salisbury; and his friend Janet Kraft of Eldersburg, MD.. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces.
