It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne H. Dougherty of Havre de Grace, Maryland, born in Red Bank, New Jersey, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Dougherty and Dolores Dorr Dougherty; his wife Mary Marini Dougherty; his children, Joseph W. Harter and Maria G. Dougherty-Walker (J. W.); his siblings, Beverly Jacques, Charles Dougherty (Jean Ann), Larry Dougherty (Sharon), Merrill Dougherty (Darlene) and Keith Dougherty (Debbie); and his grandchildren, Emery and Lev.
