He was predeceased by: his brother Richard Dowler. He is survived by: his wife Chantella Lingenfelter; his parents, Sherri Helmert and Frederick Helmert; and his sister Brittany McClure.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
