He was predeceased by: his parents, Osburn Lilly and Glyda Lilly; and his sister Lisa Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lilly; his children, Mark Lilly (Holly Brogan), Adam Lilly (Sammi Brown) and Abby Evans (Noah); his grandchildren, Austin Lilly, Ariana Lilly and Brady Evans; and his sisters, Kay Garcia and Victoria Henderson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to American Legion Post 47, 501 St. John Street, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
