He is survived by: his wife Mary Patricia Schwartz (Klarman); his children, Jeffrey Roland Schwartz (Nancy) and Christie Lynn Collins (Brian); his stepdaughter Sandra Lee Fleet; his sisters, Carol Garst and Ann Collins; his grandchildren, Devin Fleet, Abigail Fleet, Ryleigh Collins, Kayla Collins, Ashlyn Collins, Braden Schwartz and Evan Schwartz; and his friends, Robert and Phyllis Lyon.
