He was predeceased by: his parents, George Waters and Mary Waters; and his siblings, Milton Waters, Charlotte Wilson and Barbara Waters.
He is survived by: his children, Ricardo Waters, LaToya James and Stacie Bailey; his grandson Jordan James; his siblings, Delores White and James Waters; and his brother-in-law John White. He is also survived by nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bethel Christian Center (21 N Earlton Rd Ext, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
