He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Smith and Esther Smith (Crouse); his daughter Deborah Fitzpatrick; and his great grandchild Lucy Scowden. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Smith; and his children, Jean Caudill (Bobby), Trina Dowell (David), Sandra Anderson (Gary), Sheila Bryan (Bill) and Thomas Smith. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, and 10 Great-Grandchildren.
