She is survived by: her children, Michael Wayne Cook (Mary Louise Cook), Thomas Duane Cook (Elaine Cook) and Kathleen Cook; her grandchildren, Jason Cook (Kerri), Jared Cook (Aimee), Jennifer Cook, Jesse Cook and Lauren Cook; her great grandchildren, Alexander Cook, Camron Cook and Elijah Cook; and her brother Stephen Bristow.
