She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Chapman; and her siblings, James Leftwich and A. Lee "Pete" Sandusky. She is survived by: her children, Larry E. Chapman and Cynthia "Cindy" C. Brush (John); her grandchildren, Christine Finch (Gary), Shannon Farnschlader (David) and Myles Brush; and her great grandchild Jacob Ferry.
