He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Owen; his siblings, Stephen Owen and Laurie Thoner; his stepchildren, Sherry Wood and Jamie Gullett; his stepgranddaughter Olivia Young; and his stepgreat-grandson Logan Becker.
Jimmy will always be remembered for his great sense of humor, kindness, giving nature and his quiet and meaningful contributions to the lives of others.
