He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Heal and Hilda Heal (Dean); and his stepchildren, Daniel Williams and Denise Breder. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Heal (Kohajda); his stepchildren, Richard Williams (Andrea) of Bel Air, Michelle Drolet (Donald) of York, PA, Sandra Cronan (Jacob) of Rossville, GA and Martha Williams of Conestoga, PA.; and his close friends, Ronald and Christine Thomas of Havre de Grace. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tarring-Cargo Funeral Home (333 S Parke St, Aberdeen, MD 21001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
