It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elisabeth Hizer of Havre de Grace, Maryland, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Josefa Stephan; her husband Robert A. Hizer; and her son William Casey. She is survived by: her daughter Elisabeth Templin (Ronald) of Middletown, DE; her grandchildren, Tina M. Templin, Jason R. Templin and Thomas Epperson; and her great grandchild Shane Templin.
