He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie Hamilton. He is survived by: his children, Denise Shackelford (Ken) of Conowingo, MD, Mark Ray Hamilton of Bel Air, MD, April Van Den Top (Kelly) of Chandler, AZ and Troy Hamilton (Nicole) of Acworth, GA.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Shackelford, Matthew Shackelford, Brittany Simmons, Ethan Shackelford, Dakota Hamilton, Brandon Rodriguez, Vanessa Garcia, Dylan Rodriguez, Ethan Hamilton and Drew Hamilton. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (111 S Queen St, Rising Sun, MD 21911). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
