She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl N. Litzinger and Betty C. Litzinger (Elliott); and her brother Nelson E. Litzinger, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard C. Waller; her son Lance Waller (Heather); and her grandsons, Mason and Graham Waller.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
