He is survived by: his children, Thomas E. Marshall and Hayley R. Marshall of Lusby; his mother Mary F. Mondonedo (Lowe); his stepfather Roberto M.; his sisters, Cara Ramberg (Keith) of Chesapeake Beach, Stacey George (Anthony) of Harwood and Meghan Dove (PJ) of Dunkirk; his grandmother Patricia I. Lowe of Rockville; the mother of his children Theresa Hunt of Lusby; and his great-aunt Mary Marshall Brewer of Latrobe, PA. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and several cousins.
