Jay Welch Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2021, at the age of 81, Jay Welch of Harwood, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Welch and Roma Lee Welch; and his children, Lisa Carlisle and John Anthony Welch. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Welch; his son Jack Leonard Welch of North Beach, MD; his grandchildren, Kevin Carlisle, Jr., Konnor, Kiera and Kiley Murphy; and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Isaac, Landon and Colton Jay. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
