He was predeceased by: his parents, Bern Floyd and Christine Floyd; and his wife Norma Floyd. He is survived by: his children, Diane Balsley (Manny) of Harwood, MD and Chris Floyd (Heather Buhaj) of Churchton, MD; his siblings, John Floyd of Brownfield, TX and Janna Griffin (Mike) of Chesapeake Beach, MD.; and his grandchildren, Paul Balsley, IV, Allison Balsley, CJ Floyd and Madison Cornwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
