He was predeceased by: his parents, Rution Clarence Davis and Helen Wanda Davis (Clegg); and his siblings, Howard Alex Davis and Billie Jo Slocum (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lynn Davis (DeRoche) of Hanover, MD; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christina Link of Fredericksburg, VA, Jessica Link (Dee Dee) of Dale City, VA, Richard Link (Aarika) of Dale City, VA, Alex Slocumb of Cherry Hill, VA and Heather Aringdale (Dylan) of Cherry Hill, VA.; and also, Alena, Alexis Arroyo, Chase Blanchard, Braden, Bryce Link, Zoe Aringdale, Denise Slocumb of Dumfries, VA and Al Slocumb (Sonja) of Remington, VA..
Since the office shut down, due to Covid, Phil has worked from home, using his Concourse and his Army computers, and coordinating efforts by phone, while they continued to produce quality work for their Client.
