She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sons, Maiden and Hanover, MD; her parent Jong Ung Pyon; her son Nathan D. Lasher (Chaney) of Hanover, MD; her grandchildren, Faith, Noah and Abigail; her daughter Kristen Lasher (Haehoon Cho) of Highland, MD; her grandchildren, Adaline and Emmett; her siblings, Su Geon Pyon, Su Ho Pyon, Jae Sug Pyon, Gyeong Sug Pyon and Bong Hui Pyon; and also, Calvin D. Lasher and Tae Boon Pyon.
Sunny was first a wife, then a mother and then a career woman who had a forced retirement at the age of 66 during the Covid19 Pandemic.
