He was predeceased by: his grandfather Roger Belgen; and his brother William "Billy" Belgen. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Belgen; his daughters, Reagan Belgen and Emma Belgen; his parents, Dian Cooper (Scott Haller) and Mark Belgen Sr. (Elaine King); his brother Brian Belgen (Tara Patterson); and his grandparents, William, Mary Jo Cooper and Evelyn Belgen. He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
