He is survived by: his wife Judy McAdoo; his children, Leslie N. McAdoo Jr. (Karla) and Lori Ann Stull (Charles); and his grandchildren, Leslie N. McAdoo III (Emma), Kayla A. McAdoo, Phillip R. McAdoo and John A. McAdoo.

Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the International Mission Board and the North American Mission Board.
